Trailer Round-Up: CONSUMPTION, FIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, HECTIC KNIFE, HELL TOWN, and THE LAUGHING MASK!

This is probably one of the craziest trailer round-ups I've done in a while Vault Dwellers. We've got a good assortment of trailers featuring knife-wielding heroes, zombie apocalypse simulations, slasher flicks and "soap operas," and a tale of an ancient evil ruining a wintry vacation! Let's take a closer look, shall we?

TRAILER #1: CONSUMPTION
This new title from Wild Eye Releasing focuses on a group of friends who go on a Winter retreat to a secluded resort in Utah. (Here thar be Mormons!) Unfortunately it would seem that their trip is about to be ruined by a cult, and demonic forces. Will they survive, or will they consumed by an ancient evil?! TRAILER #2: FIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD
Ten YouTube stars will work together to survive a simulated zombie apocalypse inside an abandoned hospital. I guess this is actually the second season of this reality / survival show, and I'm assuming that in the end, one person walks away with a cash prize? While the first season was free to watch, this one will exclusively be available on YouTube Red in August. Scope out the trailer below and imagine yourself taking part in this insanity!




TRAILER #3: HECTIC KNIFE
Producer Peter Litvin stars as the titular character in HECTIC KNIFE! A knife-wielding vigilante battles a supervillain named Piggly Doctor to save the city he calls home. This movies looks like pure chaos, and anything I write about it won't really do it justice. You'll have to experience HECTIC KNIFE for yourself by watching its trailer.




TRAILER #4: HELL TOWN
Referred to as a "slasher soap opera" and a "killer serial," HELL TOWN  is a melodramatic tale of high-schoolers "clashing over love, sex, and betrayal." Amidst the teen angst, a murderer known as the "Letter Jacket Killer" is on the prowl and killing students. HELL TOWN currently does not have a release date, but is expected to come out sometime after Summer 2016. CLICK HERE for more info about this flick, and be sure to watch the teaser below!

TRAILER #5: THE LAUGHING MASK 
Jake Johnson seeks vengeance against a serial killer known as "The Laughing Mask" after losing his wife and daughter to the psychopath. Been hearing some pretty good things about this one, so I'll try to check it out as soon as I can. And you can too because this got released to various digital and VOD platforms this past Friday. (Including Amazon.com!) Watch the trailer, then give the film a look!
