LEON THE PROFESSIONAL makes its 4K UHD debut, Kino Classics gives Chuck Norris fans a Special Edition Blu-ray (and DVD) of CODE OF SILENCE, and a new label called MVD Rewind Collection unveils their 2-disc Special Edition release of a "rockumentary" called D.O.A.: A RIGHT OF PASSAGE!

While a tad light on the Horror, Cult, and Exploitation titles, Umbrella has a really solid lineup of films for December! Of particular interest are the Dino de Laurentiis-produced ORCA (which boasts one of the most disturbing scenes in cinematic history!), the World War II-era fantasy-adventure THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT, and the (in my opinion) criminally underseen CANNIBAL APOCALYPSE (aka INVASION OF THE HEADHUNTERS), starring John Saxon! ORCA (1977)

It's Tuesday again, and that means new genre releases on DVD & Blu-ray! This week is pretty light, but there are some very cool new releases worth picking up. Scream Factory delivers the goods with a crazy blu-ray double feature of TENTACLES and REPTILICUS, and Sony has released Neil Blomkamp's CHAPPIE by itself, and in a cool Limited Edition set with ELYSIUM and DISTRICT-9.
Kino Video gives us a nifty blu-ray of THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT, and Kl Studio Classics has released two Chuck Norris classics in HD, namely HERO & THE TERROR and EYE FOR AN EYE.
