Vault Master's Pick of the Week!

Welcome back to yet another edition of STOCK YOUR VAULT! We're just about halfway through September, and there's a pretty good number of genre releases out this week! Along with several "must have" titles, there are a bunch of bargain-priced DVD and Blu-ray collections for those of you looking to get more bang for buck!

Arrow Video finally brings their Special Edition of THE GHOUL to DVD & Blu-ray (after numerous release date changes), Synapse unveils their new documentary, THE CREEP BEHIND THE CAMERA (which comes with THE CREEPING TERROR if you buy the Blu-ray!) and new 2-disc release of PHENOMENA, and VCI gives RUBY its Blu-ray debut!

Scream Factory brings the H.P. Lovecraft adaptation, THE RESURRECTED to Blu-ray in a really awesome release (details HERE), and both IT COMES AT NIGHT and the (failed?) flagship film of Universal's "Dark Universe," THE MUMMY, are also now available on all formats!

Vault Master's Pick of the Week!

We're halfway through May Vault Dwellers, and thankfully this week is another light one. BUT, there are a TON of must-own titles out now from all of your fave cult film distribution labels!

Arrow Video has released a two-disc Special Edition of the Euro-Crime thriller THE CLIMBER, Kino Lorber gives us the Action-Comedy-Thriller HIGHPOINT on Blu-ray, and Universal is mining their classic monsters for more money, with the Blu-ray Legacy Collections of DRACULA and THE MUMMY.

However, Scream Factory and it's sibling label Shout Select, have officially conquered this week, boasting Blu-rays of BEN, WILLARD, STREETS OF FIRE, GAME OF DEATH, and RETURN OF THE DRAGON!

But what I'm most excited for this week gang, is Mill Creek Entertainment's PAYBACK TIME TRIPLE FEATURE, which contains BLIND FURY, SILENT RAGE, and WHITE LINE FEVER! How can you go wrong with that lineup?! (Answer: You can't!)

Holy cow Vault Dwellers! The pickings have been slim for the past few weeks, and now all of a sudden we're getting slammed with dozens of genre titles (both new and old) on DVD and Blu-ray! There's a ton of multi-film sets, and a lot of re-releases (THE MUMMY and FAST & THE FURIOUS series), so you can bulk up your personal movie collection without spending too much!
