I've always been a big fan of George A. Romero's LIVING DEAD films, so I'm pretty excited for these two releases! DAWN OF THE DEAD was an unexpected hit, and far better than anyone expected. (I give most of that credit to James Gunn!) LAND OF THE DEAD, while a far cry from the entries that came before it, is still a fun and engaging zombie flick with Romero's brand of societal commentary. I look forward to double-dipping on these two titles!

LAND OF THE DEAD (2005)
