Ricou Browning's claim to fame was being the Gill Man in all of the aquatic scenes in the CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON trilogy, as well as being the creator of FLIPPER! But what many do not know is that Ricou (who directed family-fare like SALTY and the Gentle Ben TV Series) also directed a little film called MR. NO LEGS. I first heard about this movie from Hudson Horror Show frontman Chris Alo years ago, and listened in disbelief as he told me all about it. And now, thanks to the efforts of Massacre Video, this long lost gem is can continue to build up a cult following!

Synopsis: Double amputee, Mr. No Legs, may not seem much of a threat at first, but cross him and you’ll see why he’s Florida’s ruthless drug kingpin D’Angelo’s deadliest enforcer. With his unique martial arts mastery and shotgun-wielding wheelchair, Mr. No Legs is virtually unstoppable. But when a henchman kills the sister of a straight-shooting cop, D’Angelo’s whole enterprise may come undone, and threaten to bring No Legs down with it.

Director Ricou Browning brings us into a world full of double crosses, cover-ups, bloody bar brawls, and weaponized wheelchairs with MR. NO LEGS (aka KILLERS DIE HARD)!

July is halfway over Vault Dwellers! And though this week will serve as a bit of a breather before Scream Factory unloads a heavy dose of John Carpenter next week, as always there are some titles of interest for us collectors.

The long-touted Collector's Edition of TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY with "EndoArm" is finally available, though it is relatively pricey. (Ack! It's nearly $200!) It's Limited to 6,000 units, and each one apparently has James Cameron's signature on the base!

Massacre Video's Limited Edition ENTER THE DEVIL premieres on Blu-ray, Scream Factory released IFC Midnight's THE HOUSEMAID to DVD & Blu-ray, and Warner Archive Collection gives THE LIFE AND TIMES OF JUDGE ROY BEAN its Blu-ray debut!

Arrow Video tops the competition this week with two stellar Special Edition Blu-rays for Sergio Martino's THE CASE OF THE SCORPION'S TAIL and Richard Friedman's once forgotten DOOM ASYLUM! Both releases boast 2K transfers, and loads of new extras!

Welcome to the last STOCK YOUR VAULT post of January 2018! This has been a relatively good month for Cult, Horror, and Exploitation releases overall, though sadly (or perhaps thankfully) there isn't much to to look forward to this week.

Lionsgate's Vestron Video Collector's Series adds CLASS OF 1999 and GOTHIC to their impressive catalog, Scream Factory's awesome new Blu-ray of THE PROJECTED MAN is now available, and Arrow Video's Special Edition of THE HILLS HAVE EYES has dropped. If you're a fan of that particular film, you have no choice but to upgrade immediately!

Also out today are a regular edition of HACK-O-LANTERN from Massacre Video, BOO 2! A MADEA HALLOWEEN (for you Tyler Perry fans), plus a bunch of classic (i.e. mostly public domain) Cult, Horror, and Sci-Fi titles on DVD from Frolic Pictures.
