Danielle Harris is Trapped in a Hospital of Horrors in INOPERABLE!

CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE CHAPMAN'S "INOPERABLE" IS NOW AVAILABLE ON DVD, DIGITAL HD, AND VIDEO ON DEMAND!

Fans of actress Danielle Harris will want to check out this new indie fright flick where she becomes trapped in a time loop (think GROUNDHOG DAY or HAPPY DEATH DAY) within a hellish hospital. To find out if she escapes her mysterious purgatory, be sure to pick up a copy of INOPERABLE!

Synopsis: Christopher Lawrence Chapman directed this film from a script he co-wrote with producer Jeff Miller following their collaboration on CLOWNTOWN. Danielle Harris (HALLOWEEN 4 & 5, Rob Zombie's HALLOWEEN, the HATCHET franchise) stars as Amy, a hospital patient who must battle nature and the supernatural before she ends up trapped for eternity.

When Amy wakes up in a seemingly evacuated hospital with a hurricane approaching, she soon realizes the storm has awakened malevolent forces! Trapped in a time loop, she must escape the hospital before the storm passes or she will be trapped in its halls forever!

Umbrella Entertaiment's February 2018 New Releases!

ON FEBRUARY 7TH, ESCAPE FROM PRISON, FLEE FROM TERRORISTS, AND SOLVE SOME MURDERS WITH UMBRELLA'S NEWEST DVD RELEASES!

February is a bit of a light month for our friends at Umbrella Entertainment, with only a handful of titles of interest for you Vault Dwellers! First up is a new Cambodian action flick called JAILBREAK, which features a special task force that gets trapped within a prison that has just been taken over by the inmates!

On the Ozploitation front, is RUN CHRISSIE RUN!, in which a woman and her mother become the targets of international terrorists! Finally, there's THE CHAMPAGNE MURDERS, featuring Anthony Perkins as a gigolo, who may just be a serial murderer! ANNOUNCEMENTS & RELEASE DATE CHANGES:

• Umbrella's highly-anticipated Blu-ray of RAZORBACK is not coming out on February 7th as originally planned. A concrete release date has yet to be decided, but I've got a feeling that an announcement is coming VERY soon.
• Umbrella just announced Volume 3 of their ongoing DRIVE-IN DELIRIUM trailer compilations! From the press release: "Just when you thought that you’d seen every pulse-pounding, blood-drenched, flesh-filled scrap of trailer trash comes this third stupefying serving of mind-numbing, skull-splitting retro movie madness! THE CHAMPAGNE MURDERS (1967)

Synopsis: Claude Chabrol's classic murder mystery makes its Australian DVD debut! A champagne tycoon's (Yvonne Furneaux) business partner (Maurice Ronet) is framed for several murders, that may actually be the work of her gigolo husband (Anthony Perkins).

Beware the CURSE OF THE WITCH'S DOLL This February!

With the introduction of ANNABELLE as part of the hugely popular THE CONJURING cinematic universe, its no surprise to see other films popping up that involve possessed playthings. On Tuesday, February 6th, High Octane Pictures will introduce the world to THE WITCH'S DOLL in Lawrence Fowler's latest film!

Synopsis: Adeline Gray’s attempt to escape a bombing in her home town leads her to a derelict, creepy manor in the woods. When Adeline’s young daughter goes missing during a game of hide-and-seek, a series of inexplicable events lead her to believe a haunted doll holds a vengeful soul; the soul of a murdered Witch. As Adeline’s desperate search for her daughter continues, it soon becomes clear; to have any hope of being reunited, she must defeat THE CURSE OF THE WITCH'S DOLL.

CURSE OF THE WITCH'S DOLL comes to video on demand on February 6th, will make its DVD debut on March 6th, and arrive on subscription-based VOD platforms on June 5th!

Scorpion Releasing's Limited Edition GRIZZLY Blu-ray Claws its Way to Amazon.com!

WILLIAM GIRDLER'S "JAWS WITH CLAWS" GETS  A WIDER BLU-RAY RELEASE ON FEBRUARY 6TH!

GRIZZLY has already been released on Blu-ray by Scorpion Releasing (ORDER IT HERE) but was limited to 3,000 copies. This re-release looks to be a carbon copy, though it appears to be missing the isolated music & effects track.

Also, I'm uncertain if this Amazon release includes both the "filtered and unfiltered" versions of the film that were both menu options on the previous edition. Regardless, if you're a fan of GRIZZLY (or "natural Horror" films in general) then be sure to add this to your collection!

Synopsis: When an eighteen-foot, two-thousand-pound grizzly bear starts mauling campers and hikers at a state park, a park ranger (Christopher George - DAY OF THE ANIMALS, ENTER THE NINJA) springs into action. But the job is too big to tackle alone, so he enlists the aid of a naturalist (Richard Jaeckel - THE DIRTY DOZEN, MAKO: THE JAWS OF DEATH) and a helicopter pilot (Andrew Prine - THEY'RE PLAYING WITH FIRE) to take this freak of nature down.

Meanwhile, the giant grizzly, not content with picnic baskets, continues to kill indiscriminately, leaving pools of blood and piles of body parts in his wake. Can the ranger and his cronies end the grizzly's reign of terror without resorting to excessively extreme measures? This post-JAWS, nature-runs-rampant thriller was directed by William Girdler (DAY OF THE ANIMALS, THE MANITOU), and was a box office hit and the top-grossing independent film of 1976.

Umm... that's not how you use a gun!

Before There was HOT ROD, There Was HAROLD BUTTLEMAN: DAREDEVIL STUNTMAN!

FRANCIS STOKES' AWARD-WINNING COMEDY COMES TO VIDEO ON DEMAND ON FEBRUARY 2ND FROM LEOMARK STUDIOS!

I've honestly never heard of this indie comedy, but I think I'll give it a look in the very near future. Released by Leomark Studios, HAROLD BUTTLEMAN's digital debut features a new digital scan from 35mm film! It will be available on various video on demand services tomorrow, so give it a shot!

Synopsis: Academy Award Nominee John Hawkes (WINTER'S BONE, THE SESSIONS) is Harold Buttleman, a small town tuxedo salesman who thinks he's the next Evel Knievel!

Buttleman (Hawkes) is on the brink of TV stardom, with his 3 AM spot on the late night cable access, but the life of a daredevil stuntman is harder than it looks. Harold's parents want him to move out of their basement and his girlfriend wants him to settle into a career selling bathtub parts.

For Harold, it all depends on his big break. He gathers the entire town for his gala premiere celebration, but there's a surprise in store. An offbeat comedy about following your dreams, and the finer points of being shot out of a cannon.
